If rumors about prison life are to be believed, and he gets sentenced to any prison time. He won't last long. Rumor has it prisoners aren't in any way, shape or form kind to child molesters. The very opposite, in fact.

people like that... should die in prison. he broke her life ... and not only for that single day.. but for the eternity. she will never forget , even if she's only a child. i have no words about , cuz i think that he committed one of the uglyest crime. and i wont think the particulars...

i can only hope that those 99 days would be not easy to live for him....

Mistrial. Apparently the mother's new boyfriend was in court watching and relaying everything to her when on breaks. The Defense attorney had scene it and confronted the mother and boyfriend in court. Mom lied on the stand and boyfriend confessed. After the Judge chewed mom out, she threw out the case so now we have to do it all over again. The little girl now has to re-testify/re-live everything just becuase mom wanted to know what was happening. Mom's getting perjury charges and court will be late March.

Hopefully the case will be ok after what mom did on the stand.

Btw, "chesters" get a special section in prison because other inmates will not take sex offenders in with open arms. Chesters wont last long in prison. I'm not expecting this guy to live very long if he were to get the charges acquitted.

She repitede this 4 times.

female 1 still kept the charges on Random lady.

Was this carried out correctly ?
is their anything else female 1 can do to have justice serve ?

tell me if i made this too confusing, i will try to explain better.
Edit: female 1 is the victim. also she is pregnant and is in a miscarriage state which means the could loose her baby before this happend. the officers seamed not to care for this.

well due to this incident i have to go to court on the 28 of march, i do not understand though , when the officer arrived at the time of the scene she told me i was an unreliable witness because she was my neighbor lol, but i got to witness subpoena given to my mom yesterday, any tips on how i should talk to the judge lemon ? or any advice ?

also the officer was very persuasive on trying to to make the lady take off the charges, telling her it was a waste a time.

oh also i think i have to go because apparently the victim, in this case the lady that got hit, apparently is guilty of hitting the other one, lol which she never did. idk

Lemon you must be the most honest cop in the world. I can honestly say I have been in situations where cops def bend their rules. Illinois btw. You can say it's not legal bla bla bla. There's enough corruption out there and it does flow into law enforcement Smile

ok lets say im crussin around in my car i see two police men hidden in the corners looking to catch someone will lets say not do a stop.and if i pass by and flip them off would i get a will lets say 200$ dollar fine for profanity?? this is a re-tor-acle(stupid question) thing to ask but im just wondering what would they say or what would they do?

Here in Texas, you have to offend someone in order to get a ticket for it. They may stop you but legally they cant. If you're just walking down the street they can try to talk to you but in a car that wont fly.
