Currently, the server runs the Los Santos GangWar game mode (a team deathmatch/turfwar combination).
The Novocaine community as a whole has put alot of time and effort into balancing and tweaking this script to provide a fair, fun place to play for all players, from newcomers to the elite.
We are always working on revolutionary new features for Los Santos Gangwar (Stay tuned for details! New information is always posted on our forums!).

Rules

We have a small group of trained, dedicated admins, who administrate the server most of the time (whenever possible).
You can help them by reporting cheaters you see using the command "/report id reason/what cheat".
The rules are pretty straightforward and easy to follow, so please do so.
Remember that admins have the final word.

Treat EVERYBODY with respect. (Racism is bannable.)
Do not cheat/hack/mod or do anything of that nature
Do not impersonate other players (Especially [NoV] members and admins)
Do not advertise for other servers, websites, clan recruitment, etc.
Do not driveby or helikill excessively
Do not abuse vehicle weapons excessively (Tank, SeaS, etc)
Do not spawnkill (Interior or otherwise)
Do not teamkill/carjack or grief teammates in any way.
Do not deliberately flood the chat, or spam PMs
Do not use bugs that emulate cheats (Unlimited ammo, rapid fire, etc)
Do not use bugs. This includes, but is not limited to any bug that interrupts an animation. (Like C-bugging etc)

If you feel you were wrongfully banned, post an appeal in the "Ban Appeals and Complaints" on our forum.

Mods

If a mod affects gameplay in any way whatsoever, it is NOT okay.
The only type of semi-acceptable mod is one that is purely esthetic.
This means that it does not give you an unfair advantage over another player in any situation.

Semi-Acceptable Mods:

A modified player skin (That uses the same model)
A modified car skin (That uses the same model)
A modified graphic for your map

Unacceptable Mods:

A modified car skin, model, or anything similar that changes the handling of the vehicle in any way
A map modification (For example, one that adds a stunt area somewhere out in the ocean)
A player model modified to extremes. This could, perhaps, make your hitbox smaller, or larger, or something like that. I could be wrong about this, but still. Don't do it.
A weapon mod that changes the characteristics of the weapon (rate of fire, damage, etc). I don't even know if this would work in SAMP, but still. Don't do it.
The transfender mod (The one that gives you access to every mod on every vehicle).
To reiterate: Anything that gives you an unfair advantage over another player is entirely unacceptable. Anything that changes the behavior of the game in any way is entirely unacceptable. If another player sees something that's nothing close to what you see, the mod is probably unacceptable.

So be safe and just don't use mods!
